依據Visa國際組織修正開辦高風險收單計畫(High-Brand Risk Acquiring Program Updates)，請賣家勿透過「信用卡收款方式」販售以下11類相關商品或服務：

註：
1. 若賣家販售這11類商品或服務中有違反中華民國法令或侵害第三人權益，或危及消費者健康或財產之虞者，無論是否透過信用卡收款功能販售商品或服務，賣家均不得於商店街網站內販售及刊登該商品及服務。
2. 若賣家販售這11類商品或服務，導致商店街受損害或商店街因此須向收單機構或國際組織支出任何相關費用，賣家應對商店街負賠償責任及償還責任，包括且不限於訴訟費、罰金、罰鍰、收單機構因Visa國際組織修正開辦高風險收單計畫向商店街收取之罰款、賠償金或相關和解金；賣家同意商店街得自應付予賣家之款項內，扣還相當於商店街受損害或因此支付之費用相等金額之款項，惟不足之金額，賣家仍應負責償還予商店街。

   Direct Marketing- Inbound Teleservices Merchant.
   
   與成人內容有關之網站服務，例如網站訂閱、影音串流。
   Adult content and services such as website subscriptions and video streaming.


4. (7273)交友服務類
   Dating Services.
   
   與約會或伴遊相關的服務，例如網路分類廣告中包括伴遊服務或有提供每月訂閱服務的約會網站。
   Dating and escort-related services such as online classified ads that include escort services or monthly subscriptions to dating websites.


5. (7995)賭博類(包含彩劵、賽馬)
   Betting, including Lottery Tickets, Casino Gaming Chips, Off-Track Betting, and Wagers at Race Tracks.
   
   付費參與博弈遊戲，例如投注或在賭博場所購買籌碼。
   Funding for games of chance such as placement of wagers on outcome or purchase of chips at a gambling establishment.

   Sale of prescription-required drugs.
   
   販售藥物、專賣藥品及藥劑師用品
   Drugs, Drug Proprietaries, and Druggist Sundries.

   Sale of prescription-required drugs.

8. (5993)香菸及電子菸製品類
   Cigar Stores and Stands.
   
   銷售菸草產品，例如雪茄、電子菸、吸菸設備與吸菸用品。
   Sale of tobacco-based products such as cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, vaping devices and smokers’ supplies.

   Computer Network/ Information Services.
   
   網路儲存空間服務和類似雲端資料共享服務，上傳的資料可供公眾擷取，或該服務付費予上傳資料者。
   Cyberlockers and similar remote digital file-sharing services where uploaded content is accessible to the public or the service pays uploaders for content.

    Digital Goods-Games.
    
    例如每日夢幻運動遊戲之類的線上技巧遊戲，玩家需付費才能參與遊戲，遊戲的結果是取決於技巧而非運氣。
    Games of skill such as daily fantasy sports gaming where consumers pay a fee to enter and the outcome of the game is determined by skill instead luck.


11. (6051)虛擬貨幣類(非法定貨幣)
